About Consultation Bookings
Aster & Row provides creative space consultation sessions to help customers understand our studio environment, available facilities, booking options and space arrangements before making a reservation.
Consultation sessions are designed to provide general information about our creative photography space and rental process.
Booking Requirements
Customers should provide accurate contact information and suitable details when requesting a consultation appointment.
Consultation times are arranged according to available schedules and confirmation is required before the appointment is considered complete.
What Is Included
A consultation booking may include information about studio availability, space features, rental options, booking procedures and general preparation guidance.
The consultation does not include photography production, creative direction services or guaranteed project outcomes.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers may request a change or cancellation of a consultation appointment before the scheduled time.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not always be able to be rearranged due to scheduling limitations.
Missed Appointments
If a customer does not attend a confirmed consultation appointment without prior notice, a new appointment may require additional availability confirmation.
Consultation Limitations
Aster & Row provides information about studio rental options only. Consultation discussions do not represent a promise of specific creative results, commercial performance or project success.
Customers remain responsible for confirming that the selected space and booking arrangement meet their own requirements.
Privacy & Information Handling
Information provided during consultation requests is used only for managing appointments, responding to enquiries and providing relevant service information.
