Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the requested studio session has been accepted and the relevant booking details have been arranged.
Customers are responsible for checking booking dates, times, selected spaces and provided information before confirming their reservation.
Studio Access & Usage
Customers may use the studio space only during the confirmed booking period.
The studio must be used responsibly and returned in a suitable condition after the session has finished.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their activities are appropriate for the selected space and booking arrangement.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Arriving on time for the scheduled booking.
• Providing accurate booking information.
• Following reasonable studio usage requirements.
• Taking care of studio facilities and equipment provided within the space.
Changes & Cancellations
Customers who need to change or cancel a booking should contact us as early as possible.
Cancellation eligibility and any applicable refund arrangements are handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Service Limitations
Aster & Row provides studio space rental only.
We do not guarantee photography results, creative outcomes, commercial performance or any specific project results.
Customers are responsible for their own creative planning, equipment requirements and project arrangements.
Studio Availability
Studio availability, schedules and facilities may change due to operational requirements.
We will provide reasonable notice where changes affect confirmed bookings whenever possible.
Liability Disclaimer
Aster & Row is not responsible for personal belongings, external arrangements or circumstances outside our reasonable control that affect a customer’s project or attendance.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their activities, equipment and requirements are suitable for the booked space.
Privacy & Information Handling
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used only for managing bookings, enquiries and related service communication.
